- Over 31 days before arrival:
the full amount paid will be reimbursed.
- Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival:
50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
- 14 days before arrival:
100% non-refundable

Just a few minutes’ walk from the magnificent Meia Praia beach, the Marina and Lagos city center, you’ll love this chic, spacious 90 m² apartment, located in a quiet, secure residence.
Recently renovated, it comprises a large living-dining room opening onto a terrace where you can enjoy all your meals with a sea view and admire its changing landscapes and colours as the hours go by.
After placing your belongings in the generous cupboard provided, you will enjoy the cosy bedroom with its sea view balcony and king size bed (180 cm) with a mattress overlay for added comfort.
You’ll fall in love with its turquoise bathroom with whirlpool bath and storage units.
In the fully equipped kitchen with sea view, you’ll find everything you need for gourmet moments : fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and Delonghi coffee maker, teapot and juicer.
Perfect for relaxing, you’ll enjoy this human-scale complex with its all-day sunbathed pool and private sun loungers, surrounded by a flower-filled courtyard.
Free high-speed internet access is available. Linen and beach towels are also included.
A private parking space is available in the covered car park.

The town
Lagos is a town located in the region of the Algarve in southern Portugal. This historic town is known for its beaches, spectacular cliffs, cobbled streets and lively nightlife.
It is also an excellent base from which to explore the Algarve, with boat trips to the caves and rock formations along the coast, hikes in the Monchique mountains or visits to nearby towns such as Portimão, Albufeira, Villamoura and Carvoeiro.
It’s a tourist destination which is particularly popular for its beaches, culture and outdoor activities.
